Ellen was featured on nationwide television training Arnold Schwarznaegger on the President¹s physical fitness exhibition, The Great American Workout. She was listed in The Washingtonian as one of the top personal trainers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Ellen earned a B.A. in Physical Fitness Management from Marietta College and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Cooper's Institute for Aerobics Research (CIAR), and the Physical Mind and Body Institute as a Pilates Instructor.
